How to get copies of my articles
Most of my work is published in magazines or academic journals. The publisher often retains the right to that published piece. When it is possible for me to offer a full-text version I will do so by a link on the article’s page on this site. When that is not possible, there are several ways to get a full-text copy of one of my articles.
Libraries
Most large libraries and university libraries have online access to magazines and journals, where you can read, download, and print items for free. Take the citation from the bottom of the article on this site to the library and ask if they have online access. You may need to have patron’s privileges, which are often free or inexpensive.
Your local library should have interlibrary loan services, and most can obtain a PDF of the article for you, for free or for a small cost.
Publishers
Most publishers provide online access to their articles. Sometimes they are free (as with government publications) but many publishers charge for copies.
